Platform 5 Poetry Competition – Sheffield haikus

One of the other very pleasant things I’ll be doing this month is helping to judge the Platform 5 Poetry Competition, organised by the Sheaf and Porter Rivers Trust in Sheffield. My fellow judges will be Ian McMillan, poet, broadcaster and one of the funniest men I’ve ever met, and Debjani Chatterjee. Debjani is a poet and writer, and Fellow of the Royal Literature Society. So I’m in great company! I will be judging the entries from the younger age group.
