Valentine is a white calf. He isn’t well-behaved. He used to live in the croft with the hens, till he trod on all the eggs. He was moved to the camping field, till he went into one of the tents and pulled it down on top of him.
Will he never learn to behave? But one day he and Anna have a great adventure, and he proves that he can be better than any other calf around.
This is the second story in the Peak Dale Farm series. See also A Calf Called Valentine.
You could write another adventure for Valentine. Would there be any of the other animals in the story, like Cassie the sheepdog, or Silver the pony, or Titan the scary bull? Would Valentine be brave or naughty? Try to finish the story by showing that Valentine is the best animal on the farm!
